2. Live Animal Sales

All reptiles are sold as-is, with accurate descriptions, age estimates, and health assessments. Herp Overload ensures each animal is healthy at the time of shipping. Buyers are responsible for reviewing species-specific care requirements, enclosure needs, and legal ownership restrictions before purchasing.

3. Live Arrival Guarantee

Herp Overload provides a Live Arrival Guarantee when:

  • Correct shipping information is provided

  • The buyer is present at the delivery time

  • Temperatures fall within our safe shipping range

  • Any issues are reported within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos or video

Failure to meet these conditions voids the guarantee.

4. Shipping Policy

We ship reptiles using trusted, overnight reptile-safe carriers. Shipping days may vary due to weather delays or animal safety concerns. Herp Overload is not responsible for carrier delays or mishandling but will assist customers in resolving issues when possible.

5. Wholesale Terms

Approved wholesale members must meet all wholesale requirements, including the $400 minimum order. Wholesale pricing, accounts, and discount codes cannot be shared and may only be used by the authorized business owner. Any unauthorized sharing will result in immediate account termination.

6. Returns & Refunds

Live animals cannot be returned. Refunds or credits may be issued only when conditions of the Live Arrival Guarantee are met. Supply items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

7. Payment Terms

Herp Overload accepts approved payment methods at checkout. Payment must be completed before shipping. Chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting customer service first may result in account restrictions.

8. Care Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for providing appropriate habitat, diet, temperature, humidity, and general care. Herp Overload offers care sheets and guidance, but long-term health depends on proper husbandry.

9. Legal Compliance

Buyers must know their local, state, and federal regulations regarding reptile ownership. Herp Overload is not responsible for seized shipments due to illegal species in the buyer’s area.

10. Website SEO & Product Accuracy

Herp Overload works to maintain accurate, SEO-optimized product listings, reptile descriptions, and care information. However, availability, sizes, and appearances may vary slightly from listing photos.

11. Liability Disclaimer

Herp Overload is not liable for injuries, bites, allergic reactions, property damage, or improper handling of reptiles once delivered. Reptiles must be handled safely and responsibly.

13. Right to Refuse Service

Herp Overload reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, policy violations, fraudulent activity, unsafe handling expectations, or concerns regarding animal welfare.
