  • Mist once or twice daily, but ensure good ventilation so it’s not stagnant.

Diet

  • Insectivores:

    • Staple feeders: small crickets, dubia roaches, black soldier fly larvae, mealworms (sparingly).

    • Prefer small, fast-moving bugs.

  • Supplements: Dust insects with calcium (every feeding) and multivitamin (1–2× per week).

Water

  • Provide a shallow water dish.

  • They prefer to lick droplets from leaves, so regular misting is helpful.

Behavior & Handling

  • Very fast and flighty — minimal handling recommended.

  • Thrive when kept in groups (1 male + multiple females or all-female groups). Avoid multiple males.
